Refund policy

Plusballz sells made-to-order welding-inspector merch and POD apparel. Because each item is printed after you order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong item: If we sent the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.
